Aparna H S is an Assistant Official Liquidator at the Ministry of Corporate Affairs, Government of India. She is currently on temporary transfer to the Office of Official Liquidator, MCA, attached to the Hon'ble High Court of Karnataka. Aparna has over 6 years of relevant experience in winding up and liquidation of companies under the Companies Act, 2013 and 1956, where OL is appointed as Liquidator by Hon'ble NCLT. Prior to her current role, Aparna worked as an Assistant Registrar of Companies at the O/o Registrar of Companies, Karnataka, Ministry of Corporate Affairs. Her responsibilities included inquiry and inspection of companies under Companies Act, 2012, in charge of legal section matters in High Court, NCLT, NCLAT, and Special Court of Economic Offences, and compliance and regulation of companies and LLPs in the State of Karnataka. Aparna also worked as an Assistant Director at the Western Region, Ministry of Corporate Affairs, where she conducted investigations and inspections against companies in Mumbai to find out siphoning of funds, fraud, accounting manipulations, etc. She was also a member of the Technical Committee, Ministry of Corporate Affairs - MCA21 V3 Project. Aparna holds a Bachelor of Engineering (B.E.) in Computer Science from R. V. College of Engineering, Bangalore, and a Post Graduate Diploma in Business and Allied Laws from National Law School of India University. She completed her Pre-University education in Science from Deeksha Centre for Learning and her secondary education from A.P.S Public School. With her extensive experience in the corporate sector and legal expertise, Aparna is a valuable asset to any organization.
